The Role: Flexible & Supplemental
We want to be very clear about our current needs to ensure we are the right fit for you:
- Residential & Commercial Variety: Our team members must be prepared to handle the specific needs of private homes as well as professional commercial spaces.
- Flexible Schedule: We currently offer part-time, flexible hours that fluctuate as our client base expands.
- Supplemental Income: This role is ideal for individuals who are already self-sufficient and looking for a position to supplement their existing schedule or other sources of income.
- Not Full-Time (Yet): We are not currently offering permanent full-time positions. We want to ensure our team members are not solely dependent on these hours while we continue our rapid growth phase.
- Future Opportunities: For the right people who demonstrate excellence and fit our culture, there is significant room to grow as the company moves toward more consistent scheduling.
