Light Condition – Well Maintained: Regularly cleaned weekly/biweekly. Light dust or water spots. Minimal clutter. Kitchen and bath in good shape. Perfect for maintenance or "refresh" visits.
Average Condition – Moderate Buildup: Not professionally cleaned in 1-2 months. Visible dust, fingerprints, or pet hair. Moderate grease or soap film. Light clutter; needs full routine cleaning.
Heavy Condition - Deep Cleaning Recommended: 3+ months since last full cleaning. Heavy grease, grime, or buildup. Pet hair, soap scum, odors, or stains. Cluttered surfaces and deeper detail needed.

This service is a top-to-bottom deep cleaning that prepares your home for its next occupant.

Includes (Everything from our Deep Cleaning package, plus):

Inside of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (must be empty)
Walls (spot clean, non-painted areas)
Doors, trim, light switches, and baseboards
Fixtures, blinds, and vents
Full floor care (vacuum & mop) and deep sanitization of bathroom and kitchen
Window sills, tracks, and light fixtures

Preparation Requirements:

All surfaces, cabinets, and appliances must be empty.
Utilities (water & power) must be on.
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances (over 50 lbs).
