To protect your investment, professional cleaning time does not begin until this form is completed and the walkthrough is finished. We are here to provide quality, not rush through your priorities.

II. PROFESSIONAL LABOR ALLOCATION (The Man-Hour Rule)

  • EXAMPLE (3-HOUR BOOKING): 1 cleaner stays for 3 hours. 2 cleaners stay for 1.5 hours.
  • EXAMPLE (6-HOUR BOOKING): 1 cleaner stays for 6 hours. 2 cleaners stay for 3 hours.
  • Summary: A larger team finishes the workload faster, but the total labor hours used are the same.

III. LABOR DISCLOSURE & REALISTIC TIME ESTIMATES

ESTIMATED TIMES FOR STANDARD MAINTENANCE CLEANING
(Based on 1 Professional):

  • Specialized Small Job (Kitchen & 1 Bathroom only): Typically 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
  • 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom House: Typically 3 to 4 hours.
  • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom House: Typically 4 to 5 hours.
  • 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom House: Typically 6 to 7 hours.
  • 5 to 6 Bedroom / 4+ Bathroom Estate: Typically 9 to 12+ hours.
  • SERVICE NOTICE: Please add 3 to 4+ hours for homes requiring Deep cleaning Service, Intensive Scrubbing (detailed degreasing, soap scum removal, or floors needing deep cleaning).

LABOR DISCLOSURE & CLIENT CONTROL STATEMENT

SERVICE SPEED & CONDITION: At Allbright Yulisa Cleaning Services, you are purchasing professional labor hours. The time required to clean any area is determined strictly by its current condition.

Surfaces requiring intensive scrubbing (such as heavy soap buildup, grease, or floors needing multiple passes) will naturally take more time to reach a professional standard.

WIPING VS. DUSTING: Please account for your time accordingly if you request hand-wiping of blinds, fans, or decor. Detailed hand-wiping requires significantly more labor and time than standard surface dusting.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL: You are the manager of your purchased time. Our staff will clean an area until it meets our professional standards unless you instruct them otherwise.

  • The "Move-On" Policy: If a cleaner is performing multiple cleaning cycles on a difficult area (like mopping a floor 3 or 4 times), you have the absolute right to tell them to "Stop and Move On" to the next priority to save time.
  • Priority Management: You may redirect our staff to a different room or task at any time during the visit. We will provide professional advice, but you make the final decision on how your hours are spent.

STATEMENT: I understand that the condition of my home determines the cleaning speed and that hand-wiping takes more time than dusting.

I acknowledge that I am in full control of my purchased hours and will instruct the staff if I want them to "Move On" from a difficult area to preserve time for other priorities.

I understand that deep cleaning service requests & Intensive Cleaning Tasks (including detailed degreasing, soap scum removal, and floors needing deep cleaning) require significant labor that may prevent the completion of the entire home within the purchased man-hours. I authorize Allbright Yulisa Cleaning Services to begin work based on these terms.
